ESFF 2017 FILMS UP FOR AN OSCAR!

We’re delighted that a couple of films screened at the 2017 Edinburgh Short Film Festival, animated short Fox and The Whale by Robin Joseph and the Kenyan-shot drama Watu Wote/All of Us by Katja Benrath by have been nominated for Oscars at this year’s Academy Awards!

Good luck to both the films, we’ve got our fingers crossed!

ESFF Animation Programme @ manipulate2018!

We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Puppet Animation Scotland continues for 2018 and we’ll be once again holding a joint award for Best Animated Short Film at the 2018 ESFF in November! We’re also very excited to be curating a programme of animated short film at their Festival of Visual Theatre & Animation, manipulate 2018! ESFF DAY 6 – REVIEW by THE WEE REVIEW

We’re delighted that our friends from The Wee Review have passed us their review of Day 5 at the Edinburgh Short Film Festival on November 9th at the Filmhouse, we were also very honoured to have guest film-makers in attendance from all over the world, including from Iran and South Korea,
