We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Puppet Animation Scotland continues for 2018 and we’ll be once again holding a joint award for Best Animated Short Film at the 2018 ESFF in November! ESFF DAY 8 – REVIEW by THE WEE REVIEW

We’re delighted that The Wee Review dropped by our closing night at Summerhall on Saturday Nov 11th and pretty happy with the review they wrote as well!

It was a great night and we were very honoured to host no less than 34 guests and film-makers from literally all over the world!

ESFF DAY 7 – REVIEW by THE WEE REVIEW

We’re loving the review of Day 7 at the Edinburgh Short Film Festival by The Wee Review which took place on Friday November 10th at Summerhall!

We had around 26 guests and visiting film-makers and it was especially wonderful to see all these people from all different cultures from across the world, mixing, having fun and talking films!

EDINBURGH SHORT FILM FESTIVAL 2017 AWARD NOMINEES

We’re delighted to announce the nominees for this year’s awards for the 2017 Edinburgh Short Film Festival!

From over 1400 films, we selected 78 for screening, with over 30 award winning shorts, films fresh from Cannes and BAFTA awards as well as at festivals internationally, we selected the following outstanding shorts for recognition:
