We’re very grateful to have been asked to play a part in the 20th Anniversary edition of Mecal – Barcelona’s Short Film & Animation Festival last week.

We held a special programme of curated Scottish short films at Mecal 2018 at the Contemporary Arts Centre to an audience of enthusiastic locals and visiting film-makers, featuring some of our favourite Scottish Shorts of the last few years as well as a few of Mecal’s own shorts screened since they started way back in 1998!

Thanks to the Festival Director, Roberto Barrueco and the team at Mecal for their warm and hospitable welcome and we wish them all the best for another 20 years of short film screening!
